Designed in 2019. I worked on a full design for a case preparation and presentation software in the LegalTech sector. This web app is used for legal document editing, management, collaboration and comparison.
My work involved potential user interviews, block frame designs, wireframe designs and UI design and user feedback sessions. The key thing with this project was to move very fast and iterate quickly.

The Challenge

The challenge was understanding the challenges and needs of such a niche industry, as well as understanding the capabilities of the OCR and advanced document management capabilities.

The Solution

Clean and simple application to manage very big and complex cases and their documents. Overview and Timeline pages were specifically designed to help law firms zoom in and zoom out of specific areas of each case.

Added real-time collaboration functionality helps lawyers and paralegals manage documents fully within the app, without the need to exchange emails, calls, messages on what's been changed..
